Dependant of ILR.. Help Please

Good Morning Everyone,

I have been granted my ILR (10 year Route) last monday and now I am thinking of applying dependant visa for my wife. She is currently in Dependant visa through my Tier 2 visa. I am unclear as to which Forms I need to complete for her and what documents would I need. I would hugely appreciate any advice.

The FLR(M) form and guidance notes state clearly what HO expects to see.
