Spouse Visa Application

My first entry to UK was on Dec 2009 as student visa to do English courses for 6 months. and I have successfully completed. I lift the UK with vied Visa.

On Dec 2010 entry as visitor for 6 Months, but due to an unexpected circumstance development in Libya.

As results I claimed asylum on Feb 2011. However, on Oct 2011 I request my Passport and I bought my Flight Ticket and back to Libya


Now I need to apply for spouse visa after marriage! Can I apply for spouse visa please?

I am just wanting some advice on where to start the spouse visa application for myself as husband is who is Libyan. I have met the financial requirements (18600 py) of the Home Office.
