If i am earning £15000 per annum and my wife is earning £9000 . Do we meet the salary requirements for Flr (m)

Yes, provided you can show evidence of at least 6 months.

As I got my ILR I am leaving this job . I got new job part time salary is £15000 and my wife will also join the same company on a new pay roll £9000 . But I have last 6 months pay slips that was £ 32600 per annum , is that cover the finnnacial requirement for flr(m) .

You should apply for your wife before you leave or resign from your current job.
