Hi There,Tayba_tee wrote: ↑Wed Jan 17, 2018 8:35 pmHi I’m new to this can anyone help me?
I want to apply for my partner to join me in the uk, I know that I need to meet the threshold of £18,600 annually I will make more than that close to 20,000 but on a casual hour contract.will this work? If I can show this is frequent and providing 12 months of payslips showing that the payments are regular and I am committed, will this be sufficient for the Home Office?
Any help will me much appreciated x
When you say 'partner', what exactly do you mean (spouse, unmarried partner, girlfriend.....)???I want to apply for my partner to join me in the uk,
You would need to submit substantial evidence of 'living together in a relationship akin to marriage' for 2 years immediately preceding the application to qualify for an unmarried partner visa. This is mandatory and there is no discretion on this.
What kind of evidence?
