Hello,
I am about to apply for spouse visa for my Wife. I am currently renting a master bedroom in five bedrooms house. I have the contract for this bedroom from property agent who are managing this property.
Could someone kindly tell me if this one bedroom contract would be sufficient for spouse visa.
I have searched the forum and still confused as some people say it should be separate flat for spouse visa and some say if you apply on sharing accommodation then it causes delay in decision of the case.
Could someone advise me what is the correct way as I am renting a bedroom in shared property and all the bills are included in the rent. I don't have any proof of address like council tax bill , electricity bill etc. Only have bank statements and driving license.
Could someone please guide me solution for this situation.
