Switch from Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General Dependent

Post by santoct2002 » Mon Jan 22, 2018 2:46 pm

Hello,

discussion over here looks relevant to my case,

I am a Tier 2 GENERAL VISA holder valid till Dec 2022 and my spouse has TIER 2 ICT LT STAFF MIGRANT visa valid till end December 2018. My children is TIER 2 ICT STAFF DEPENDENT CHILD visa holders valid till Dec 2018.

1. First my spouse visa planned to convert to my dependent TIER2 GENERAL DEPENEDT.
2. Later I want to do TIER 2 GENERAL dependent VISA for my children because currently in india.

Below are my questions,
my children current Tier 2 ICT dependent VISA is based on my spouse Tier 2 ICT LT staff migrant, once my spouse become my dependent within UK , will my children can be traveled to UK to process Tier2 General dependent visa using BRP issued and visa obtained as part of my spouse Tier 2 ICT?

regards
