Leaving the uk-

Post by Galaxy123 » Tue Jan 23, 2018 11:20 pm

I am an Indian National. I arrived to the uk on a spouse visa. I got an entry clearance visa. (With 2.5 yrs visa) My relationship has broken down. I am going back to India to be with my family. I have lost my BRP card, I don’t intend to come back to the uk, but plan to re marry back in India. Will I need my brp card at the uk airport when leaving for India?

On exit only airline will ask you either the passport/visa of the travelling country. If you have valid Indian passport then you should be alright.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Your spouse also has a duty to inform HO that the relationship has broken down on the prescribed form and your visa will be curtailed/cancelled.
