My fiance indeed has a custodial record from when he stayed in L.A with his dad and brother back in 2012. He was young and got caught up in the lifestyle there, he was arrested for weed possession and was in prison for a few days. He can't remember much details from it was a very traumatic and scary time for him, so it's not a subject we talk too much about. However, his brother has said that he was inside for less than a week.
We're currently waiting for his FBI summary check which will show the dates and conviction etc. I'm confident his conviction was less than 12 months and he would be past the 5 years wait now. However, if anyone else has helpful info on this matter - it'll be highly appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance everyone.
