Spouse uk visa refused

Hi i would like some guidance and help please. After two months of waiting i finnally got a response for my visa application to go join my husband in he uk and was so excited reading the email until i saa refused at the end. Its the most devastating thing ever we never thought about that option because we done everything right or so we thought. The reason as they wrote its the Tb certificate was not issued by a medical practitioner approved by the Secretary of state ! Now i dont fully understand cause i went to a proper doctor and i translated the results and all and its negative....i m just lost i dont know what to do. I refuse the idea of doing it all over again. paying and waiting.... If anyone have any advice or know anyone who had this particular issue please help me thank you x

Did you go to an HO approved TB test facility or just any doctor?

First of all thank you for replying.
Now to answer your question i just found out yesterday that the only one approved were in Rabat thing that my solicitor didn't mention smd i didnt search for that info. I assumed my solicitor would not miss that important detail specially even after receiving my documents she said everything was perfect.
Now i m wondering is there any way to do that test in the proper place and send them without doing everything all over

Then the refusal was correct and you will have to reapply with the correct test.

Fine to blame solicitor, but it is you, the applicant, who is responsible for ensuring your application is correct and your supporting documents are correct, so yes, you should have checked yourself instead of relying solely on a solicitor.

Yes i made a mistake by not checking my self. Thought getting a professional help will make me avoid something like this but i was wrong.

Your English test should still be fine if you have done the correct one.

You should ask for the refund of service cost from your solicitor due to giving incorrect advice.

Seagul my husband has a meeting with her and we hope an explanation and also a refund for the incorrect adivice.

Now we have decided we gonna reapply adding the proper document with a priority visa.
I heard that after a refusal a priority would be a waste as it will still take more time? Is there any chance that i ll get a quick response knowing that i met all the requirements ??i just have to replace the tb test
