Job Title and SOC Code mismatch

I received Tier 2 Visa on May 2016 till June 2019 now company licence is revoked.Now I got the curtailment letter which ends 17 March 2018. I Have done MBA and Msc International Marketing from UK Universites.
My Job code was 3545 and title was BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with £32,500 salary.
Now I have an interview with another company and they advertise a job title E COMMERCE MANAGER with different job duties and £30,000 salary.
My question is that if i got a job and they sponsor me can i get the visa.

What was the outcome - did you manage to get the COS with the "mismatched Job Title"
