Schengen Visa question

Hi,
My mother and father are coming over from Nepal to UK for six weeks, they hold ILR Visa and we are planning to go to spain and italy for 3 days each. I understand we need to apply for Schengen Visa for them but how do i go about applying for it for them ready for when they get to this country.

How can you/they apply for schengen visa from uk while in Nepal because same embassies/consulates should be there too.

Note that if an ILR holder is not returning to the UK for the purpose of settlement or has been away for over two years, then there is a risk that the ILR may be cancelled.

If they hold ILR, then they may apply in the UK. Else,

If you are not a resident of the UK you should apply at the Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence.

Applicants residing outside England and Wales or holders of a UK C-visit visa are not eligible to apply
