cash saving from diviends visa spouse

Post by Kate2016 » Sun Feb 11, 2018 4:48 pm

Hi

Applying for an extension for the visa as a spouse. We have enough cash saving, however the cash saving have come from savings from employment over the year and recently the amounts from wages/dividends from my ltd company.

11. In respect of cash savings the following must be provided:
(a) Personal bank statements showing that at least the level of cash savings relied upon in the application has been held in an account(s) in the names of the person and their partner jointly throughout the period of 6 months prior to the date of application.
(b) A declaration by the account holder(s) of the source(s) of the cash savings.

I understand I need to show 6 months of bank statements which are over approx. £63k for the 6 months.

However some of the saving is from the dividends, I will declare this as stated in (b) above, however do I need to show evidence of this?

I want to make it clear, that I can apply using Category F as an employee/director of my limited company, however this requires a lot of documents as evidence. I have enough Cash Saving, so would that require less documents or will I have to still prove the dividends/salary documents for cash savings as evidence to show where the cash savings have come from or can just declare this in a letter with evidence etc.? if evidence is required, then route would you suggest, if you say cash saving then what evidence (same as category F?)?

wrong/old IHS reference number

Post by Kate2016 » Tue Feb 13, 2018 8:53 pm

Hello!

I recently applied online for my extension of spouse visa for another 2.5 years, when filling out the online form I put in the old IHS reference number from my first application (approx. 2.5 years ago).

I have since paid the full surcharge and received the proper reference number. Will it be enough to simply bring in the new reference number to my appointment and explain the situation, or do I need to start again from scratch?

Thank you very much for your help!

Spouse visa payslip – Sign and stamp

Post by Kate2016 » Fri Feb 16, 2018 10:34 pm

I am a director and an employee of my own limited company. So with the payslips how do I stamp & sign? Do I get my accountant to stamp & sign this?

Thanks.
