Should we reply to it ?

Many people get it but it depends hugely on your immigration history, which you have not posted any details on.

So, what is your full UK immigration history??

after completing 6 years DLR applied for ILR and receive it Biometric with this letter.

You need to reply to the form and send it to HO.
