Hello gurus
I got my ILR on 16 January
Want to apply for child benefit for my daughter who is born on 21/7/2014 ,
So I have a question that can the child benefit backdated since she is born . So basically since when they will give the child benefit from ( since the baby is born or the time I got the ILR )

Child Benefit can only be backdated 3 months to the date that you were issued with ILR. In other words, if you apply for CB on the 16th March your claim will be backdated to 16th January 2018.

3 months is the maximum, well short of the 4 years you had hoped for!

You need to state your partners details but the claim must be in YOUR name and not your partners name.
