2. Yes you must pay IHS for each dependent, which will be £600 each. ICT visas are no longer exempt from the IHS fee.

3. Copy is fine.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Regarding NHS charge, I checked in the link you provided. I received the below message after entering Tier 2 ICT long term staff. It says 0£ surcharge !!!

Calculate your immigration health surcharge
Based on the information provided we have calculated that your total Immigration Health Surcharge is
£0.00
Exempt based on Visa Route

It is the ICT Partner you need to select and a PBS dependent applying on their own will only get a 3 year extension.

Post by prss_vel83 » Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:01 pm

Dear All,

My spouse and child are in PBS Dependent visa (Tier2 ICT), their PBS visa is expiring in Apr 2018. I received my naturalisation certificate but not received the British passport yet. Please help me with the below queries.

1. What details I need to provide as a main applicant? As I returned the BRP card I am not sure which one to provide.
Yes, I have their biometric residence permit (BRP) number
Yes, I have their entry clearance number
No, I do not have a Home Office reference number for them

2. As I didn't receive the British passport yet, can I provide just the naturalisation certificate photocopy ?

Thanks for all your support till date.

1. why you have returned their BRP cards. Its you only who need to send back the BRP once naturalized. In my opinion the entry clearance number is also mean Home office number if that's one only available.

2. Yes you can attach naturalization certificate copy plus British passport application receipt and add a note the once it receive can be supplied.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
