Paragraph 50 covers a number of different alternate scenarios (i) - (iv), separated by "or". You meet part (i), so I am not clear why you think you need to also meet part (iii).roxinthebox wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2018 6:40 amAlso, in January Guidence for dependants was updated. In chapter 50 (iv) c is a line in which it says:
c) the Tier 4 (General) applicant Migrant and you (the family member) must be applying at the same time.
If you have been living separately, yes. The ECO needs to be satisfied that the marriage is genuine and subsisting, which they may question if you have not been living together.roxinthebox wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2018 6:40 amMust I give with my application any proof of our relationship before marriage or marriage certificate will be enough?
Should we show appartment in which we will live? He rent single flat now and we decided to rent doble flat in case if I get the Visa.
It blows my mind. You want to disregard the advice of a professional student immigration adviser whose job is to make sure that a university's sponsored students and their dependants make successful UK immigration applications, and instead you prefer to get advice from random strangers online.roxinthebox wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2018 4:58 pmHe asked already and adviser said that he don't need a new CAS. I have visa advisors in Russia and they said that he need the new CAS. I think that his advisor is just lazy (husband wrote directly to man who provide CASes) and don't want doing his own job
Again.
