Waiting for BRP

Hello Experts
My wife got the decision letter for FLR(M)
On 14/3/2018. But still waiting for the BRP
it’s been 8 working days . We have our tickets booked for India on 7/4/2018 , don’t know how to contact home office and what to do if I will not receive it in next 2 days .

It does say within 10 days for BRP delivery!! 7th is still 2 weeks away.

Contact DX Courier and ask if they have anything for you.

I called the DX on 24/3/2018 , but they said they don’t have anything for me
Please tell me what to do
