Yes, provided it meets the requirements calculated from the date you first entered the UK.Can I apply 28 days before this time via premium same day service ?
Please read what the OP wrote and the basis of their ILR. It is long residence ILR, which starts from the date of ENTRY to the UK.waqarsadiqali wrote: ↑Mon Apr 02, 2018 8:16 pmHi
I thought 28 days are from the day visa was valid? or is it from the day arrived in the UK?
Thanks

Please start your own topic or continue in one you already have instead of tagging onto another members thread which is about long residence ILR. It is considered rude and unfair to the poster of this topic and it creates confusion when/if members respond.apsk wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 10:21 amHi Guru CR001CR001 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 03, 2018 10:20 amPlease read what the OP wrote and the basis of their ILR. My first Tier 2 General biometric card shows date of 6th June 2013, so 28days before my 5 years would be 10th May 2018, can I book appointment for 10th May itself ?
