Tier 2 ICT long term extension

HI ,
I am from india and applied for ICT long Term Visa in May 2017 but the Visa Validity was only given for 11.5 months.
Now due to my Project requirement I need to exctend my Visa for another Year from UK.
Wanted to know How to do it ?
Will I need to apply for Fresh Visa and pay the entire fees for the extension or there is another way through.
My understaning is Long Term Visa is given for 3 Years but in my case it was only 11.5 months.

It depends what the length of your CoS was. Did you not query your visa length when it was issued? Are you sure it was a ICT Long Term and not an ICT short term??

Yes, you have to pay the visa fees and IHS again for each application you make.

I think to save the IHS the company raised the COS for 1 Year.
Yes the Visa was for Long Tearm.
When I apply for the Visa again will it for Long Term Visa upto 3 years or more than 3 years.

It depends on the duration of the COS.

So if the COS is raised for 1 Year.In my case I have stayed 1 year as of now and will stay another Year.In this case I need to apply Visa upto 3 Years as only 1 Year from 3 Year is being utilized.

I came to UK in June 2017 and was granted Long Term Visa but the period granted was 1 year and my Visa getting expiredin in May 2018.
Now I need to extend my Visa.Can anyone help me with process as per my understanding earlier was Long Term visa was granted for 3 years.
Now to extend what should I pay i.e entire visa fees and if so How much as the visa fees are differnt for upto 3 years and more than 3 years or do I only need to pay the IHS

Visa fee AND the IHS fee.

It depends on the duration of your CoS. If it is 'up to 3 years' then that is what you pay.

I have another query I might be applying for the Visa by end of this month and I think I will not get a response before my Current Visa expiry date.

I want to know if I can stay in UK till the decision is made although my current Visa will get expired and what is the process if it gets refused post expiry date?

If you apply for a visa BEFORE your current visa expires, your existing visa continues until such time as a decision is made.

If your visa is refused, you will likely get 14 days to submit an Administrative Review.
