notice of curtailment- How soon can I reapply tier 2 visa

Hi,

I was employed under Tier 2 visa that expires 2019, however, I voluntarily resigned and left UK at my own expense last June 2017. I received a notice of curtailment last December 2017 saying my “leave to enter has been curtailed so that it nows expires on February 2, 2018”. I am currently about to be employed by a new company who gave me a COS.

I want to know how soon I can reapply for Tier 2 visa. I have evidences on my passport that I left UK June last year and have been travelling elsewhere.

Question: Can I reapply this June following the 365 days cooling off period? Or do I have to wait for my curtailment expiry date (Feb 2018) before taking any action? I hope this question is straightforward enough. Thanks.
