Job Creation Accountant Letter and Form

Employee Question

I have entered T1 Entrepreneur route in 2013 and got extension last year. I showed two separated jobs 1. marketing and 1. customer service for the extension purpose

But this time after extension last year 1 of my employee worked for 10 months and resigned and another employee working for me for last 12 months and still working.

My question is since I entered in 2013 can I show a total of 24 months and qualify or is there any issue as I showed two separate jobs in my previous extension application

Experts please reply, zimba also

Since you are pre-April 2014, you only need to show a total of 104 weeks of full time work.

104 weeks or 24 months of full time employment in any combination is acceptable

I entered the T1 route in 2013 and I would like to claim points on the transitional arrangements. One of my employee worked for me from August 2016 - May 2017 and another worked for me October - 2016 - February 2018

Would any one advice me how to fill the employment part in the application form as it is asking Job 1 and Job 2 etc where I want to claim points on total 24 months not based on 2 separate jobs. Same for accountant letter the format in guidance asks for job title etc seems related to the new rule

Just fill in the 1 job for each employee. That will work under the transitional arrangement.
