Hi All,
Im new here.
I am planning to submit online application for myself and husband and then go through NDRS service.

I have few queries -

1.Convictions and other penalties
a. I have recieved a train fair penalty - which was paid off in 2016 Jan - should i be disclosing this ? if yes - as what type?
b. I have late files Self assessment - think in 2015 Jan - I received a penalty - paid - should this be disclosed as well - as what?
c. we rented a car last year( husband's name) - due to confused writing on key fob - we paid parking for wrong registration number and received parking tickets- 3 of them - 2 of them were paid off - 1 is in appeal process
i understand this should be disclosed- will this affect my application negatively?
d. my husband has received over 5 pcns in last 5 years( only 3 in last year) - will that affect his application?


i would appreciate if one of you could help.

I would say declare every piece of information honestly which was what I did.
PCNs unless we fail to pay and taken to court wont have any negative effect on the application according to my experience.

I have had 2 PCNs in the last one year which I missed to pay and received enforcement fees after sending my application. I sent info on one PCN and while i was about to send on other one my application got approved.

so dont worry is what my suggestion would be!

I have another query -

We have quite a few parking tickets in last 5 years -
we have not kept a copy of all PCNS/FPNs. - i have only last 2 pcn details with me so far. previous years ones are lost

is there a way to get a complete history of all parking tickets (all paid) against my name so far?

what if - there are few PCNs/FPNs i have forgotten to disclose in application.
