Indian passport got job in portugal family in UK on work visa

I am an Indian national who got PBS resident permit in UK. I got a job in portugal and will get resident permit there.

My spouse is on tier 2 work visa in UK.
I intend to visit UK on regular visit to my family.

Do I need to surrender my resident permit in UK and apply for visiting visa

You will require a visitor visa as your PBS visa will no longer be valid in the UK

With valid Tier 2 dependent visa you can be able to enter UK perhaps after facing a number of questions by airport staff but I think you might fail in extending it.
