Hello friends

My visa is expiring on 20th of may but my company is waiting for the annual allocations approval from home office. The UKVI inspectors came for audit in march when we applied for allocations in january this year. Our legal representative sent HO an email on 3rd and they replied we will get back to you ASAP. My question is what options do i have if company dont get an approval before 20th. Can i apply for tier 2 extension without COS with a covering letter. Also how can you get a quick approval from HO as there are three other employees along with me waiting for COS this month

Not sure if I am answering to your question right! as you saying annual CoS allocations, I believe it is monthly process
So CoS allocations mostly happen between 11th and 20th of every month. If not they may mostly complete by 25th
Otherwise, In you situation of urgency - your sponsor can request HO to consider your case out side allocation process - they will handle as exception if they believe your business case!

Company is waiting for the outcome of audit and they will only get allocations if the outcome is positive

The only thing for sure is that you cannot apply extension without COS.

Hi everyone

Could anyone please advise how long HO gonna take to allocate cos to our company. UKVI did the compliance visit in march and still no reply worst thing is meantime my visa expired and i applied for flro please help thanks
