Tier2 General Visa

Hi
I applied for Tier2 Genral Visa in July 2017 and after couple of months I got the letter saying exception complex issues. We had a audit but later it passed the audit in February.

I was with different sponsoror before july 2017 and I switched to new sponsor in July 2017.

However I submitted all paper work correctly but don’t know why they are doing this much delay.

Any inputs please highly appreciated.
It’s almost like 1 year and couldn’t figure it out what’s going on.

Since July 2017 are you with new sponsor or still working for old sponsor? Not much details in your post.
However considering the delay you facing you should involve your MP, ask your local MP to send a query for such a long delay. Hope you will get some response very soon.

Yes I am with new sponsor.
Sponsor is in good rating and everyone got visa apart from me.
Yes as you mentioned I approached MP and explained the situation. Hopefully will get some positive feedback.
It’s really frustrating because of long delay from UKVI and no proper response from them.
As i keep chasing them and calling them but they keep sending like standard template like mentioning sorry for the delay and unfortunately can not advise the time line.
I suspect either they are not looking in to my application or they lost my application.

Hi Is there anyone who waited for visa approval like from 1 year? I tried to contact UKVI but i used to get standard email by mentioning “unfortunately they can not advice...”. and also I tried to contact MP and waiting for update from them.
I am just scared that they will do more delay.
I don’t understand exactly what makes them such a delay. I beleive all my documents and points were exact as they required. Any suggestions to escalate my application?

It is unusual so unlikely any other members (still active on the forum) have had this experience.

Yes, My sponsor tried to contact them but they are not ready to disclose the information with sponsor because i am the main applicant.
And when i call them and ask for status they just send me like normal standard template in email.
