The procedure varies depending in which country the application is being submitted. And in your case that is.... :?:

Thank you. One more question I'm renting a 2 bedroom flat with my mate and both our name are on the tenancy agreement as well as the bills. Do you think that this will meet the accommodation requirements set by the home office?

It should be OK, assuming there are 2 bedrooms. You'll need a letter from the landlord agreeing to your wife living in the flat.

Good morning. I'm finding it very hard with accommodation requirements and I'm so worried about about it. I would like to know if renting a double room in shared house would meet the accommodation requirements?
Thank you for your help.

It would but if you are in a house share, you will need a property inspection report to prove the whole property is not overcrowded I addition to the tenancy agreement and letter from landlord.

You need to contact the council or an estate agent. Members are not permitted to post recommendations on the forum.

It would be easier for you to provide a list of documents you currently have for us to let you know if it is relevant.

List looks good. I wouldn't include the P60's. Make sure all financial documents like payslips, bank statements, and employers are dated within 28 days of application.

Appendix 2 and preferably property inspection report as unrelated person is living there.

It is the whole form regarding the financial requirements. It is a paper form.

Thank you so much for your help. With regards to the property inspection report i dont know who to contact to get this report done any advice please?
And the wedding pictures are very simple as it was just a smal family party as my mum is not well so we didn't want to make a proper weeding party! Is that ok? My wife's biometric appointment is on the 19th of December and i dont think i can get all the paper work ready by that date is it ok if i send the application and all the supporting documents like 2 weeks after the 19th of December ?
I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much

You would need to contact an estate agency to do the property inspection report.

You have a limited number of days to send the supporting documents, so make sure you send them on time otherwise you risk a visa refusal.

Why won't you have the documents ready?? Certain documents cannot be dated after the date of online submission.
