Hi everyone,
my tier 2 license is been revoked, we have a few employees close to 10 years, can judicial review buy them time and hold their suspension letter for. 6-7 months, or it will save us time to hire other employees after they qualify for ILR, i am prepared to take the matter to the court as it was not convincing reason to revoke our license, please share your experiences
