Can i apply from my home country to a Professional course

Hi all,
am ARUN i have applied tier 1 entrepreneur visa in oct 2013 and it has been rejected due to not having a proper documents regarding the funds and than i have stayed for further more years as my case was in upper tribunal court and they have given the final decision in Jan 2015 to re apply for a new category visa or to leave the country but due to un known reasons nor my lawyer or i did not received a letter saying this.. and i have got a mail in april tp leave the country and i have left in june 2015 with my own expenses..so is it possible that can i apply for a professional course again from my country and what will be the chances of getting a visa or am i not eligible to apply?? please help me out friends..thanks in advance to one and all..

How is relevant to Tier 1E visa ?! You mean you want to come back as a student ?

No one can tell you what are your chances. You need to get a university admission for a course and apply under Tier 4 visa. Your previous period of overstaying may affect your case.

Hi Zimba, just wanted some clarity on this as a overstayer, how many years of ban can i get if a apply for a tier 4 student visa and its been two and half year's since i left the UK, so do i get banned if i apply now as a tier 4 student? please help me out to get a clarity..thanks

Hi all,

i want to do a second masters in uk for a sep 2018 intake..as i have been in uk from (2010 JAN to 2015 July)..
and been overstayed for one month after my tier 1 entrepreneur visa got rejected and left out from the UK on my own..i just wanting to apply for a tier 4 visa..please give me your suggestions or experiences regarding the visa issuing chances for me..it will helpful for my decision to move forward in applying..many thanks to all..
