Sending Missed Documents along with Extension Application T1E 200K

Post by 9elizabeth » Wed Mar 21, 2018 11:22 am

Hi all,
I applied for Tier1 Ext 200k in January 2018. The application was posted to the following address:

The Visa Officer
UK Visa & Immigration,
Home Office, Tier 1,
Wearside House,
Riverside Place,
Durham
DH1 1SL

I wish to some additional documents. Should they be sent at the same address (DH1 1SL) or at some other?
Please advise.
Best regards

Yep send to same address, include a cover letter quoting your reference number - you can find it in your acknowledgement letter from UKVI

what extra documents do you need to send?

You can send to the same address. Others have suggested you send it to the Sheffield office.

Personally, I don't think it matters. The immigration rules only mention "received by HO", which both addresses satisfy.

More importantly, make sure you have your reference clearly mentioned.

Thanks.

I missed two months payslips of employees and business bank statements showing the salary paid to them.

Yes, I am also confused whether it should be Durham office of Sheffield office.

Can someone please confirm who sent more documents after submitting the application and on which address?

hi:
when u say "missed", u mean "Forgot to send" or "they were not produced at the time of application and once application was already sent - after a while now they are produced and ready to sent"?

If you have missed payslips (the banks statements are immaterial) what is more important is that you get the documents to ANY ADDRESS of HO IMMEDIATELY. If your application is processed while you are waiting to confirm which address, your application will face rejection and you cannot use those documents in an AR either.

Hello all,
First of all, a big thank you to all members here. I received my approval letter, BRP Card and IHS refund all today this morning.
Here is my timeline:

Received by HO: 10 January 2018
Fees Deducted by HO: 14 January 2018
Bio Letter - I received within 10 days of submitting application
Bio Done - the very next day
Complex Letter Rcvd - Yes. After 3 days of submitting the biometrics.
Interview: No Interview
Approved -27/6/2018
BRP Received - 27/06/2018
Approval Letter, Docs, Passports Rcvd - 27/06/2018
IHS Refunded - 27/06/2018
I received the approval letter, all documents, passport in One Post. Just after receiving the post, I received the BRP card by a courier when I checked my bank account, the IHS also received the same day!

I did not receive any interview call. Had to wait for over 5 months! A long wait came an end at last. If anybody wish to call, feel me free.

Your first post was asking a member (a complete stranger to you) for their telephone number. You have no history on the forum other than you might have another username as there are two usernames registered to your IP address, so any member might choose not to respond to you.

thanks for whatever you said. I have never posted anything. I have been reading through posts for so long now. I have already mentioned that. Today is the first time I posted anything as I realised the user might be a help for the extension. Thats it

It is useful to post your circumstances and questions in your own topic rather than tagging onto other members thread as this creates confusion when members respond. This is particularly important for a complex visa route such as Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

Congratulations on your approval!

Did you send the extra documents to Sheffield? Were these returned with the rest of your documents?

I posted the doucmnets to the same address where I sent the original application i.e.:
The Visa Officer
UK Visa & Immigration,
Home Office, Tier 1,
Wearside House,
Riverside Place,
Durham
DH1 1SL

The extra documents I sent were returned back with all others original documents (they had taken off the covering letter- means they did read it!)
