bank statement have different address to accommodation FLR(M)

I am the husband of an applicant and sponsor but my bank statement have a different address to where we live. I have a letter form the bank with my home address on it (where we live) but i don't want them to cause problems. We have a 3 month over stay issue as well.

What is the applicants full UK immigration history including dates?

Her BRP and spouse visa expired in May, unfortunately I was suppose to submit the paper work but got the dates wrong, so she is 3 month over her expiry of visa date. We have be advised by legal clinic to submit her application and attach a covering letter explaining my mistake

Unlikely she will be able to apply on Flr M for an extension as she is an overstayer. She would probably need to apply on Flr FP partner route now.

What date exactly did her visa expire?

Oh ok, 11/05, we asked the legal adviser and he said to continue with the (m) form. If we do and they don’t accept what is likely to happen?

She might get given flr FP she might not and then would have to apply and pay fees again.

change address and order last 6 months or whatever dates you need at new address..

they will send you statement at your address covering required time period.. *sorted*

if bank statements are not intended to use for cohabitation purposes then I think different addresses wont be an issue.
