PBS Dependant (Tier 2 G) to ILR

Hello,

Could someone please let me know which form I need to use for my wife's ILR application? She is currently on PBS dependant. Is it Set (O) ?
I plan to book premium appointment (same day) but confused if I need to fill in paper form or online form.

Wife's immigration history
Entered as Tier 2 Dependant on 15/11/2013
Extended as Tier 2 Dependant until 19/01/2018
Extended again as Tier 2 Dependant until 22/10/2020 ( so she completes 5 years on PBS category)

I was Main applicant on Tier 2 (G) and was granted ILR in 2014 and British citizenship in April 2018, currently hold British passport.

Yes, if you got ILR through the PBS route based on 5 years residence.

Your choice. You can either book the appointment on its own and submit the paper form on the day OR use the online form and book the appointment as part of the online process.

We definitely prefer completing online and booking premium service appointment.
We started to complete online Set(O) form under Tier 2 PBS dependant category but see a lot of difference b/w it and the paper form. Online form is much more simplified and asks for lesser information. Any reason?

Streamlined process I suppose (I don't work for HO so have no clue).

Apologies another question, her first Tier 2 Dependant stamp date is 14 Nov 2013 entered 15th Nov 2013, I am calculating 28 days before the 5 year period from the stamp date. i.e 17th October 2018
So can we submit online application in next couple of weeks and book appointment for 17th Oct 2018 or do I have to wait until 17th Oct 2018 to submit online application then book PEO appointment?

It is too early for mid October appointments.

Please note the link I have provided about the changes coming into effect. It will be different to how it is done now as far as I can tell.

Update - wife's ILR application was approved at PEO this week. She has got ILR now, can she proceed with applying for naturalisation straight away or needs to wait for 12 months?
I am British pp holder since (April 2018)

Thanks for your reply, One last question, She is NZ citizen so English language requirement for ILR was exempted due to her nationality. Does that apply for naturalisation too?

Getting confused if this paragraph as the table above shows no need to prove:
If you’re applying for citizenship
There are no other exemptions if you’re applying to become a British citizen. You must have a relevant English language qualification even if you were exempt when you were granted settlement.
