family visa

Post by Pakistan123 » Fri Aug 24, 2018 12:15 pm

hi actually i want to switch my visa as dependant and i am already in uk but the problem is that my partner this year p60 is more than £18600 but if i calculate her last 6 pay slips they are less then £600 i mean they are not £9300 what should i do.because someone told me that the last six months pay slips should be £9300 and p60 should be £18600 but my partner income is variable so her p60 for this year april 2018 is £19500 but her last six moths pay slips are only £8600 can you someone please me on this issue a humble request thanks

Yours wages from the last 6 months is not sufficient to meet the requirement and remember that HO don't calculate financial from p60 rather from payslips. If you have savings or your partner is legally working then can cover that shortfall.
