Tier 2 PBS Dependant to ILR - Maintenance

I have ILR(Tier 2 to ILR route) . My wife arrived in UK in End of September 2013 as dependant.
I believe SET O application should be used.
I read SET O guidance notes and could not find any information for the list of documents required to submit.
I am not sure on what documents/policy guidance to read to prepare list of documents.

There are documents mentioned in the SET O application form, Would be sufficient? I wanted to make sure I am not missing the obvious documentation/policy guidance , if it exists.

1. Category - Tier 2 Dependent (sole applicant)
2. Number of dependents - 0 (spouse already had ILR)
3. Total cost - £2999
4. PEO branch - Glasgow
5. Documents provided - As I had maternity leave in the last 12 months prior to my application, I had to attach additional documents as listed below. This might be useful for someone in a similar situation.

o Life in the UK passing certificate
o Trinity English Language Test Certificate
o Table of absences from the UK over the last 5 years
o Proof of relationship - Marriage Certificate

Proof of cohabitation with spouse covering 2 years
o Home Ownership Papers
o Mortgage Papers
o Council Tax Bills
o Water Bills
o Home Insurance Letters

Proof of Income and Finances
o Payslips with letter from employer confirming originality
o Bank statements with letter from bank confirming originality
o P60 for last 2 years
o Spouse payslips – last 3 months

Proof of Maternity Period from Jun-17 to May-18.
o Child’s birth certificate
o Letter from employer confirming maternity leave dates
o Payslips covering all months of maternity

I had also included copies of all documents listed above.

7. Any Additional Comments - My husband and baby came with me to the Appointment Centre but I was told that my husband cannot accompany me inside as he wasn’t required for the application. Despite requests as we had flown in from London (lack of appointments in Croydon), we were told that they were expecting a busy day and won’t have vacant seats. Thankfully the application process took just 2 hours and there was a quiet cafe just outside the application centre where he could wait for me.

Thanks CR001 for the links and response. Much appreciated. There are lot of examples which I could refer to. i would be referring to this.

However, Is there any documents/links are you aware of which would refer to UKBA? It is just being me curious.

Essentially, do everyone refer to the SET O application form and make a list of documents to be submitted or there are policy guidance like Tier 2 Dependents for ILR.

I am aware that we can complete the SET O application paper form and submit or apply in person.
But, can we also apply online also?

Second question:
While booking premium appointment, there is a list of categories which are eligible to apply online or paper application or both.

Can you please help me understand on which category I do fall in? I am looking for Tier 2 PBS dependant to ILR.

She can use the paper form and book just the premium appointment OR she can use the online form and book the appointment as part of the online application process.

I am trying to apply for Tier 2 Dependent(PBS) to ILR using online application form.

Summary:
My wife has taken B1 language test that will satisfy English language requirement. However, my wife has a undergraduate degree which has been taught in English in India.

I have a question regarding English language requirement question.

Question:
While applying for online application, Question is

 Do you have a degree that was taught in English? 

If I say Yes, then follow-up question is

 Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa? (Required) 

As mentioned above, we have B1 exam certificate which are thinking to submit and we have not applied for UK NARIC document which says "English language requirements has met"

What do you have to say for the question

Do you have a degree that was taught in English? Yes or No

She needs B1 test Or a degree assessed by Naric.

Simply select B1 if that is what she I using and leave the degree bit blank after saying NO.

Is there any maintenance required for dependant?

I checked SET O guidance notes and other(Tier 2) guidance, but I could not find any information regarding maintenance requirements.

No maintenence fund requirement for ILR.
