MN1 form questions about step by step process

Hi all ,
Trying to register my child as BC +applying for passsport using NDRS service ! Any step by step guidance will be highly appropriated ! I am very confused from where to start and where to finish ? Do online application ask for foto ? Do I need digital one ? Help needed !

Passport form is available from the post office. You cannot use the online passport form.

You need normal photos.

No, not digital. Normal passport UK size photos!!
