Hi All,
Firstly, apologizes if am asking the same question again and again, but i thought its still better to ask rather assuming it.
My situation is ,
15-Jan-2015: Tier 2 General issued
02-Feb-2014: Arrived in uk
01-Feb-2014: Employment start date with employer1
20-Jan-2017: employer1 changed to employer2( job changed, Tier2 change of employment)
05-Jul-2018: employer2 changed to employer1 ( job changed, Tier2 change of employment - back to old company)
17-Dec-2018: eligible for ILR i think keeping 28 days in mind.
My current employer is happy to give required letters for ILR, but i've to own the cost myself.
reading the forum am confident that mine is not complicated and i can submit the application myself for me and my 1 depedent.
Q1: Please could you be kind enough to let me know is the following documents sufficient or anything more?
Main applicant
IELTS certificate
· Life in the UK test
· 2014-2018 P60’s
· Last 3 months payslips
· Last 3 months bank statements (if not postal please have them certified by a bank branch)
· Letter from your employer - any format please?
· Current and previous passports (if any)
· Current Biometric card
Also the following:
· SET O form completed and signed
· List of absences - any specific format?
· Home Office booking confirmation and payment confirmation.
Dependent:
every quarter for the last two years,
communications in your and dependents name from 3 different sources
(bank statements, utility bills, NHS communications, HMRC communications, etc)
is this mandatory?
Items of correspondence (various official letters, documents and bills) addressed to you and your spouse (either jointly or separately but with the same address) covering the last two years of your stay in the UK. Examples are:
Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing.
Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters
Bank statements/letters
Building society savings books/letters
Council tax bills or statements
Electricity and/or gas bills or statements
Water rates bills or statements
Mortgage statements/agreement
Tenancy agreement(s)
Telephone bills or statements
Q2: When can i start the application process online? can it be ASAP?
Q3: I assume appointment date should be not before 17 Dec 2018?
Q4: Should i take solicitor's help ?
