Extending Spouse visa

Post by Van05 » Mon Sep 10, 2018 2:19 pm

My husband moved from India to UK in 2016, his visa is expiring in Dec 2018. Needs renewing

We (me, my husband & 10 months old baby) have been living at my parents house ( they live at council property), we have gas bill on our name.
Is it alright to apply with this bill documents? or do we need a property contracted in our name?

I hope my questions makes sense. Hope to get positive feedback.

Regards

You will need permission from landlord and also show you have adequate space etc etc.

There are many more documents that you will need to submit. Read through the FLR (M) guide.
