Ukraine visa

Post by Nemo5218 » Mon Sep 17, 2018 9:23 am

Hi
Ive come here after reading many supports from people and ive got a query that i hope someone could help

Basically im british ive got kids and my husband is from middleast he was granted 10yr route visa flr fp

He is planning to go to ukraine and pay someone to say he lives in ukraine and has a job or something i dont know the bottom of it and get a ukrainin visa somehow after 3 years
But does not plan on using it until the ukraine comes into the eu thats if they dont leave

My question is .. how is that possible would the homeoffice not know of his via elsewere or what would happen if he applys somewhere else whilst hes given 10yr route in uk .. already 2.5 years are coming to an end

And i dont like the idea he is planning

Thanks

1. The forum cannot be used to try get advice to circumvent immigration rules or use deception etc for any country. See point 3 in the forum rules link below.

announcements/terms-conditions-t3.html

2. The Ukraine is a long way away from joining the EU so your husband is clearly misinformed if he believes he will get PR and/or EU citizenship sooner and without having to reside in the country. Note that getting EU citizenship in any EU state in the next couple of years won't help him much after brexit next year.

3. What he is proposing to do would in a way be illegal. He likely needs a visa before going to the Ukraine even as a visitor. By bribing someone to lie for him, is deception and using false documents is even worse.

Any visa for Ukraine will be in his passport so yes, HO would be aware.

If you are British, why would your children lose their nationality???

If he has British children, he can still apply to remain in the UK based on his children.

Its just a worry nothing really that one day he will mess things really bad for us even though im not with his plans 100%..

His court was accepeted on terms that we be a family and the judge ruled on this basis but if he messes about again according to the judge kids or no kids playing with the law would make him lose any righta because its not the first time
