Continuous residency

Hi, I got my indefinite leave to remain in 2010 and now I want to apply for a biometric card. What evidence (Continuous residency) do I need to apply and what period do I have to show for it.

Why do want to apply for a brp?? Thought you were applying for citizenship??

My passport with ILR visa was stolen, so I have a new passport

A BRP on form NTL can take 6 months or more by post and costs £229.

Do you have a SAR or a copy of your ILR??

Hi my wife has a ILR on a home office document issued in 2010. Can she apply for naturalasation with that document only....

She will need proof that she has resided in the UK from the date of grant of ILR till now and no absences of more than two years.
