FLR (M) Financial Requirement

Post by RizKCB » Wed Sep 26, 2018 2:30 pm

I have got my ILR on long residence basis in Oct 2017. My wife and two sons (Under 18) are PBS dependants continued from my previous Tier 1 Entr. visa until January 2019. They have already spent 6 years and 8 months in UK as my dependants in different PBS categories.

I have been employed with my current employer since Nov 2017. From April 2018, my gross salary is 25,500 p.a. (Req. 24,800 in my case) from the same employer.

In October 2018 I have an appointment of my family to switch into dependants under FLR (M). I have all my payslips including August 2018.Now I have changed my employer due to better job prospects. The salary from this employer is 26,000 p.a. Now I would have only one payslip from this new employer from September 2018.

Questions:
How many payslips will be needed in my case and how gross salary will be calculated ?

My family would complete 10 years long residence in January 2022. If I switch to 10 years family route through FLR(FP) then will they qualify for ILR on long residence basis in 2022 ?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

In your case you will fit under category B where you will have to attach 11 months payslips from previous employer and 1 payslip from current employer.
Your family will need to apply flrm as you already knew and their previously spent times on pbs visas won't count towards ILR based on spouse visa but would count towards ILR on long residence basis which you already knew.

Thanks seagul

A quick question:

Any time spent on 10 years route through FLR (FP); does it count in 10 years long residence?

All visas count towards 10 years Long residence ILR.
