Maybe if you try to send them your partner employer letter, payslips, bank statements (if his wages meets £18600 annual income) until the date of application along with covering letter then it might work. Nothing to harm in trying that.eccemi79 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 5:06 pmHi!
So, I'm British and my husband is Japanese. We're both living and working in London and we've recently applied for his spouse VISA however I'm insanely stressed about the documents of evidence we need to send.
So my main concern is that the company I work for is incredibly unreliable and even suspicious. I work as a waitress on a 0 hour contract and I do get paid through to my bank account but my company doesn't give us payslips. I've had to hound down to get my payslips along with the letter to confirm my employment and gross income but nothing adds up. I have 2 months missing from payslips, they haven't even updated HMRC with every month of my pay. When I checked my payslips none of the figures add up. I have my bank statements to show what I really received from them but I'm seriously worried that giving the Home Office these stupid payslips and the stupid letter that they may reject the application because it simply doesn't add up.
In the online application when asked for my husband's gross annual income it's actually (on average due to PAYE system) above the required 18600. Roughly 24000. But in a panic we opted to provide evidence for mine also.
I'm just in such a mess and I hope this isn't anything to jeopardise the application...
I'm just wondering if there would be any knowledge of how much this could affect the application or any advice at all!! Any words would be helpful as I'm insanely stressed sat at home pretty upset and angry to even go in to work at this useless restaurant...
The husband's financial evidence has already been submitted.seagul wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 5:16 pmMaybe if you try to send them your partner employer letter, payslips, bank statements (if his wages meets £18600 annual income) until the date of application along with covering letter then it might work. I'm hoping that they will see his income is enough, as in meets the 18600, and will find mine irrelevant since it's additional. Would this be likely? :/Casa wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 5:56 pmThe husband's financial evidence has already been submitted.seagul wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 5:16 pmMaybe if you try to send them your partner employer letter, payslips, bank statements (if his wages meets £18600 annual income) until the date of application along with covering letter then it might work.
