Hi,
I have made a postal ILR application on 20th July 2018 under Tier 2 migrant 5 year route (SET(O) form). I need to travel urgently hence I have been trying to upgrade to premium service since last two weeks but no response. Is my application eligible for premium upgrade? Has anyone had any success with premium upgrade with Tier 2 ILR application.
Thanks,
Nishant

I used that link to apply for the premium upgrade since last two weeks. I have been applying at 08:00:00 everyday with the two forms required. My question is has any one had any luck with Tier 2 SET(O) ILR postal to premium upgrade. Or SET(O) Tier 2 5 year route is not eligible at all for upgrade? The link says SET(O) has specific rules for premium upgrade and need to be under 6 years discretionary leave which I dont understand.

Yes tier 2 route is eligible and members have had success in getting premium upgrade but many have not.
It is HO who decides who can upgrade and they only accept a very small number every day.
Also with the proposed changes to the premium service system, the upgrade optionmight not be as efficient at present.

That''s interesting CR001
Any guess on what will happen to applications already submitted prior to the new system going live. Would they become part of the new system?

Thanks for the reply CR001. I didn't know about this new proposed system.
With the new system coming in place I hope they expedite the old postal applications already made. I will keep trying with premium upgrade option and see what happens. Otherwise I may have to withdraw and go for premium appointment option but getting an appointment seems difficult as well.

I received the provisionally eligible email for the premium upgrade from UKVI on 20th Oct 2018 but the money has not been deducted yet. It has been almost 20 days now but no progress.
I need to travel at the end of the month and I am not sure what to do. Should I withdraw my application and hope they will take a decision within 10 days if possible (as it says on the withdrawl form)?
