Tier 2 General extension online form - Type of visa option , documents

Hi I am filling details for Tier 2 extension(same employer). There is a field which says

What type of visa or leave to remain do you have?
my BRP card says Tier 2 general LEAVE to ENTER, but that option is not available in the drop down.
The only option I see is related to Tier 2 general is LEAVE to REMAIN. Can someone suggest if its ok to select
LEAVE to REMAIN ?

Another query,
I see that the only documents requested is BRP , Passport and Photos.

Is it ok to submit just these? I have seen some applicants here who have submitted P60s, Payslips,
Bank statements , etc. does it help to speed up visa processing? is it really required?

I am applying for Tier 2 Extension(same employer) the IHS site takes details from my application and is showing Visa type - Tier 2 (General) up to 3 years

Shouldn't this be Tier 2 (General) over 3 years??

There is also a note on IHS page saying
"The information taken from your visa application can’t be changed or removed. If you’d like to change or remove this information you must start your visa application again."

Even if I start with new application , I dont know what to change if i start a new application:(

in IHS page what should it show?

Tier 2(General) upto 3 years
or
Tier 2(General) over 3 years ( since i am going almost completing 3rd year?)

IHS is showing upto 3 years automatically , im not sure if this is correct

If your CoS is for 3 years, then it is the UP TO 3 YEARS option. For a 3 year CoS, IHS is £600.
