@seagul - I would also like to make a donation on your behalf to a charity for all the kind help and education you've provided me with. Pls let me know if a charity is close to your heart. For next time, I will be a little more forward-thinking.
Ideally try to donate to charity organizations in your country of birth which I am sure you yourself can find a lot.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Include on your letter than you have earned over £18,600 past 12 months and you include P60 detailing the amount and you also currently hold a job which you earn £18,600.

You can also explain it has been unreasonably hard for you to get your ex employer to write a letter and stamp payslip as you are currently not employed by them. State it has not been possible for you to attain stamped payslips and letter from ex-employer so you are including what was possible to attain, i.e. non stamped.

Also state for verification and details of pay details from previous employer they can be contacted on the details provided. This will all show you have reasonably tried your best to attain required documents, which you could not do any further.

Include the email / letter from ex-employer to provide proof that ex-employer stated they cannot stamp it etc.

Just apply with all you've got, it would be far worse to be a over-stayer and then apply. You will have in-country appeal anyway so your wife wont be expected to leave straight away.

InshaAllah goes well for you.

Do I have to send filled and downloaded online application form in the post with docs? Do I need to do biometric again

Post by cd20 » Wed Oct 10, 2018 7:23 pm

FLR(M)

Filled application online, paid and downloaded a copy of form. Do I need to just send the reference number or the entire form in the post along with my supporting documents.

Do I have to do biometric enrollment again? I already have a biometric card for 2 years ago.

Thanks!

My understanding is the whole form must be sent. Wait for others to confirm.

Yes, you will have to do biometrics again, every application you makes requires you to enroll biometrics. Did you get the biometrics letter to download at the end of the application process?

Kindly keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic.
