Visa Requirement for Step daughter

HI All

I am on ILR and planning to get married with a lady from Pakistan, the issue i am having is the lady i am getting married has a daughter from her first husband (they are now legally separated and daughter is with mother).

I am happy to look after/support step daughter along with her mother(my wife), is there any legal issue in this case? can i apply visa for both?

it is my commitment with my future wife that i will support her daughter and accommodate both of them here in London.

your help would be appreciated.
