leave to remain submitted in ukvas, delayed and no response

Post by vikshi1 » Thu Dec 20, 2018 3:04 pm

Hi there,

Could someone suggest from your experience on this.

We've submitted Tier 2 general leave to remain application on 28th Nov and completed biometrics on 30th in UKVCAS new methed on 30th Nov and it is a priority service application, so we were expecting a response in 10 working days and till now(more than 15 working days) there is no response from UKVI on the application.

When we contacted UKVI Contact center on 14th they responded by email on 17th saying "Our records show your application is still being processed."

Any suggestions on this topic are highly appreciated.

Thanks

We have two existing topics for all applicants experiencing delays with the new system.

general-uk-immigration-forum/new-appoin ... 7-400.html

general-uk-immigration-forum/ukvcas-sup ... 5-660.html

Even those who applied for Super Priority 24 hours decision have delays.

Please post in one of those topics and have a read of the problems and advice given.

Hi Gurus,

I have a question regarding this application, For the Tier 2 (General) -- leave to remain application to be considered for priority service even in UKVCAS Sopra Steria, should I have filled in Inclusion form ? or the process which I followed of selecting the new service and paying the priority fees in correct, please clarify.

Thanks

just to close this thread, received the approval letter today. awaiting brp's. the application took time was made on 28th Nov , biometrics on 30th Nov 2018 and decision on 7th Jan 2019, it's way beyond service standard of Priority service, but UKVCAS need to resolve these teething issues with new service.
