PBS Dependant ILR

Hi all,

I need your advice, I'm applying for ILR under PBS dependent category for my wife. I'm a British citizen through Tier1 (general) and taking child tax benefit for two kids. Please help me with the following questions:

1: Do I need to mention that I'm taking child tax benefits? would that affect her application?

2: Cohabitation documents: what is the required list of documents? do I need to provide documents for all 5 years or after last visa extension?

3: Can I go with her when I book window appointment?

1. No effect on her application providing you are claiming tax credits in JOINT names with your spouse. If the form asks, simply state the truth.

2. Most are submitting last 2 years. No 'list', HO simply want to see evidence spread evenly from 6 different sources of cohabitation.
