Help! Supporting Documentation

Post by KristianDLloyd » Fri May 17, 2019 11:47 pm

Hi,

We are a little confused with the supporting documentation. My fiance has returned to the UK to put everything together and returns to China tomorrow.

Our question is whether he needs to return with the supporting documentation here, or can I send on to Sheffield when required?

Some of the threads here suggest it has been sent from within the UK, but online it says that this needs to be taken to the visa application centre.

Thanks in advance,
Kristian

Help - Landlord Letter Template

Post by KristianDLloyd » Sun Jun 09, 2019 6:36 pm

Hi All,

I have a question re: Landlord letter. My landlord is happy to sign a letter for us to support the proposed civil partnership visa, but the only wording I can find includes the following

Further, we have no objection to his fiancé, XXX XXXX, moving into the property once he has successfully completed the visa application process and has provided us with the relevant visa documentation from the UKVI / Home Office showing that he has the right to rent.

My concern is the final sentence, is this necessary? As my fiancé will be here on a 6m fiancé visa, might the ECO have a problem with this?

Thanks.

Thanks,

My Tenancy Agreement has my landlord and his wife listed as landlords (both with different surnames), but letter only references one landlord and one signature.

Not sure if this would be a problem?

Do we really need a letter from Landlord or tenancy agreement would be enough?

Thank you

Preferably get your noc letter also be signed by other landlord's partner too
