ILR SET(M) Quick Question

Post by evman99 » Tue Jun 09, 2020 3:12 pm

Hello
Going through the forms: I would appreciate clarification to this question:

What is your current partner's other name?

Is this my current partner's maiden name?

Thanks

Evan

Yes, maiden name if they officially changed their name after marriage.

Cash savings question

Post by evman99 » Wed Jun 17, 2020 8:03 am

Hello

Under ILR rules for cash savings option, I am required to show £34,600 of cash savings.
My current balance is £55k. 6 Months ago it was £40k.

When answering this question in the application .....
What amount of savings are held in this account in GBP?

Do I answer with £40k or £55k ?

Thanks

In case where the cash savings fluctuate the lowest balance figure is usually considered.
