Visit Visa and forms - Please Help

Hi,
I live in the UK on ILR and I am inviting my sister and her family to come to the UK to visit me.
We are really struggling to understand how the forms will be filled as she has a husband and 2 kids and all of them need to apply. On the application it does not mention anywhere who all would be travelling so my question is:
do they need to fill 4 applications with the same details on all? Also children are aged 3 and 4 years and I was hoping that when the age is entered on the standard form it will take away questions like employment, how much money you intend to spend, how much savings you have, however the form is exactly the same.
Can anyone please advise us.

Thank you for responding and in the sections where there are employment and savings information needed what should I fill in there for 3 & 4 year old.

Same details for savings as parents. Employment is irrelevant

I am guessing in the section where it asks how much do you spend in a month can be same as parents as well then?

Another concern is with the 6 people rule, if I state in the covering letter that we are just 2 in the 3 bedroom house that I own and my sister and her family are 4 members so in total we would be 6...is that sufficient or a better option would be for them to book a separate place/hotel.
