Very quick, I am applying set LR and in parallel (before I am getting ILR) I am applying for my wife FLR M (since her visa is expiring). So in her FLRM appln , how do we connect my LR with this FLRM. Do we need to make a saperate covering letter by mentioning the SET LR? and What to mention?
Click on your ilr topic linki posted and post your ILR questions in the ILR topic and not in this FLR m topic. If you can post a reply here, I don't understand why you cannot simply do the same in your ILR existing topic.sun007 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 22, 2020 10:16 pmI dont know how to post, I have been asking to Admin and I have detailed what I do.
Please help me with steps,
for eg:- I have to ask below query.. what steps I have to follow.
I am filling set LR form.

2. When did you start living together? My answer.....?
3. Do you and your partner intend to continue living Yes

4. That means as since when you have been earning that sum of income. For example 6 months ago you were earning £18800 but now are earning £19100.sun007 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 8:17 pmIf anyone explain the meaning of below 4th point of employee letter requriement

FLRM is for those applicants whose partners are settled/British citizen which you aren't yet, therefore, you will need to fill this form in a perspective if you have already secured the settled status. Also, anything you can't choose/declare appropriately due to the form not allowing that, can be addressed in the covering letter.sun007 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 10:24 pmI am filling FLRM, please verify below 3 answers are correct? since I am confused on what basis they will consider my dependents FLR M while my SET LR is in process (only I need mention cover letter stating my set LR is in process, so please hold this FLRM appln?)

Answer: PBS DEPENDANT LEAVE TO REMAIN
2. On what basis did you apply for your current visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission?
Answer: None of the above, or I'm not sure (since there are option for british citizen, settled person, refuge..etc... Some one said that choose settled person, but I am not settled, my set LR is in process)

Thanks Seagul as always. To get more clarity, can I choose answer to above 2nd question as 'Settled person' ? Or should I mention 'Not sure, then I can say my current Tier 2 G visa status in additional coloumn'?seagul wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 4:26 amFLRM is for those applicants whose partners are settled/British citizen which you aren't yet, therefore, you will need to fill this form in a perspective if you have already secured the settled status. Choose "settled person" and explain the fact in covering letter especially to hold to your dependant's applications until you acquire it.sun007 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 1:12 pmThanks Seagul as always.
